Do I have to create a YeeTonda account to shop?

An account is not required in order to shop from our site!

But we do recommend that you create an account, as it makes it easy to check on the status of an order and gives you access to your full order history. :)

You can also save your shipping information for a quicker checkout experience!

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

We are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process. 

If need to change the address, please email us via support@yeetonda.com, or sending us messages by clicking the "Chat with us" on the bottom left of this page. We will need your order number and the updated address. 

We are unable to change your shipping address from a domestic US address to an International address, or from an International address to a domestic US address. 

Please note that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches and promotions.

Can I change the billing address for my order?

Oops! Unfortunately, we are unable to edit the billing address once an order has been placed. 
Not to worry! It appears that you were able to successfully place your order. As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order!

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at support@yeetonda.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

What countries do you ship to?

Now we only ship to the USA.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the place where it’s being delivered.

For 1 set headphone ship to places in the USA, the shipping cost by the UPS is about $10-$15 (The shipping cost is base on the quote on 3rd, August 2021, it may be different in the future).

If your order value is more than $99, we provide free shipping within the U.S.

How can I track my order?

Yay, you are so close to receiving your goodies! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your package’s journey to you.

If you have an account with us, you can also access the tracking number for your order there, once it becomes available. You can locate this information under your Account Details, where your full order history is accessible.

When will my order ship and arrive?

Our products usually – keyword usually – ship within 2-4 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)!

However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process, so be patient my friend!!

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

 

Orders will be delivered within 2-4 BUSINESS days after shipping.

Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

I received broken item(s) in my order.

We do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition, but mistakes can occasionally happen. The headphone may be damaged during the shipping.

Please send us an email to support@yeetonda.com within 7 days of delivery so that we may help you further.

 

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via support@yeetonda.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Can my parcel be redirected to a different address?

Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.
You should still be able to update your address on the USPS website, though!

If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, it will be cancelled and refunded. We will notify you if this happens!

Will my package be charged delivery/customs fees?

Yes, shipping cost from our warehouse in the USA to your place will be charged. But you do not need to pay the Custom fees.

Now we only ship to places within the USA. The shipping cost by the UPSP is usually from $10-$15 for one set headphone.

Do discount codes expire?

While some things last forever, our discount codes do not.

All discount codes will come with an expiration date at the time that they are issued, so that you can plan your shopping date accordingly!

Please keep in mind that discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers that may be live on our site at the time that your order is placed. 

Can I combine coupon codes on my order?

We accept payment by PayPal.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

How do I use PayPal to pay for my order?

Once you are prompted to enter your payment information during checkout, you will see the PayPal option is there.

How to return a Y77 ANC Headphone?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 30 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

YeeTonda Y77 ANC Headphone Return Process as below:
 
Step1: The customer must contact or email our support team (Email: support@yeetonda.com) for a return authorization prior to sending any product back to YeeTonda.
Step2: If your approved return passes our inspection, You can send the item to the address obtained from our support team
Step3: Please send us a notification after you ship the item out and you need to provide a tracking number. Once we received the item you sent and check the item is in good condition, we will exchange or give you a refund. This will be issued in 2 days.

 

Can I get a refund if the price has changed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any promotions for orders placed outside of the promotional time frame, as this would be unfair to the rest of our customers.

During delivery, please make sure the package is in good condition and confirm the contents before signing the package.

Possible Solutions after the problem is confirmed by YeeTonda:
If there is an item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.
If we have shipped the wrong item, we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available).
YeeTonda will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and reimburse you for the return shipping fee when we receive it.

Can I use this Y77 ANC headphone for Skype or Zoom calling?

Yes sure.

The YeeTonda Y77 ANC headphone built in CVC 8.0 noise-cancelling microphones for loud and clear phone calls.

It work very well with Skype, Zoom, Teams, Meet and other video conference APPs.

Can I use this product to listen to my TV.?

It depends on your TV. If your TV has Bluetooth, then this device will be able to connect to it.
Or if it has a headphone jack, then you can connect the cable that comes with these headphones.
One note: if you have an older device with a larger headphone jack, there are adapters available for that.

Do they have wire capability to connect to airplane TVs?

Yes, they come with a removable headphone wire that can connect to computers, tablets, phones, or anything with standard audio jack.

Are these good enough to drown out like school assembly noise, or large family gatherings?

Not sure I'd say "drown out", but they do "muffle" external noise.
When my family is in the same room talking, it cuts the volume by 80-90%. It is perfect for my son to wear for homework.

The connector on the headphones is it usbc or micro usb?

Micro usb, a micro USB charging cable is included. It only take about 3 hours to fully charged; If you are in hurry, just charge the headphone for 10 minutes, but get 2 hours listening.

Does the headphone automatically turns off once the source of the Bluetooth of a TV shuts off?

Yes, if you didn't turned the ANC on, the headphone will turn off automatically if it loses the connection for 5 minutes. 

But if you turned on the ANC function, you need to turn the ANC off manually. Because the ANC uses a different battery system.

Can this wireless headset eliminate the snoring sound?

Yes, according to the feedback from some of our clients, it can effectively reduce the snoring sound.

Is there a mute button on the YeeTonda Y77 ANC Headphone?

There is no separate mute button but a multi-function button between a Volume+ and Volume-.
Multi-function button:
Press one: play/pause music, answer/end a call
Long press: decline incoming call
Double press:call back the last call you dialed out 
 

Can these work with a desktop?

Yes, as long as your desktop supports Bluetooth devices. If it doesn’t you can buy a usb dongle that supports Bluetooth.

Do the Y77 ANC Headphones work with a sound bar?

Yes. You can use 3.5 mm AUX Cable to connect your sound bar.

Does it play micro sd card?

No, I don't think so. There is no micro SD card slot.

Can the battery of YeeTonda Y77 ANC headphone be replaced?

It's a rechargeable battery within. It cannot be replaced.

Are these water resistant?

No, the YeeTonda Y77 ANC Headphone is not warter resistant.

Can I wear them while Jogging?

YeeTonda Y77 wireless headphone will be a perfect companion for your active lifestyle. Weighs only about 8 oz, adjustable headband ensure they can stay on your head well without falling.

My ears are basically 2.5 inches long, will this cover them?

2.5" x 1.5" are the top and side inner oval dims.

So yes, the ear cups can cover your ears since they are just 2.5 inches long.

Would the YeeTonda Y77 ANC headphone be sufficient to protect my ears while mowing the lawn, snow blowing and plowing?

Switch the ANC on, they can obviously reduce background noise at frequency range 20-2000Hz.
So when you mowing the lawn, snow blowing and plowing, the Y77 ANC headphone will cancel lots of noise. You may still hear the sound just the volume is much lower.

How to pair the YeeTonda Y77 ANC headphone to Bluetooth in iPhone?

Firstly turn on the Bluetooth on iPhone device;
then long press the round power button on the right side of headphone until you hear the voice prompt "power on", and see the red and blue indicator lights flash alternately;
Finally go back to your iPhone device to make the Bluetooth connection.

Does the active noise canceling work without connected to Bluetooth?

Yes, the ANC work without being connected to Bluetooth.
 
If you only want to use the ANC, you can turn off the headphone and only turn on the ANC button.
 
Please remember to turn the ANC off when you don't need to use the headphone.
 
 

Can this headphone be used with the PlayStation 4 or Xbox one’s controller?

You need to use 3.5mm aux cord to connect the headphone with PS4 or Xbox one’s controller.
When you are using the aux cord, the mic functions will be DISABLED.

Is the Y77 ANC Headphone easy to carry around?

Yes, they do not fold down like some other headphones but that may mean there are fewer places to fail, and they seem safe in their case. You can wear them around your neck.

Are the left and right sides labeled? How do you determine which if which if they’re not?

Yes. There's an L and R on the inside of the headphone ears.

Is it heavy and tight to wear for those who wear glasses?

No, the weight of the Y77 headphone is only 200g, 0.44lb.

Can I turn the noise reduction function on and off at any time?

Yes, we can turn the ANC function on and off at any time.

 

Do the YeeTonda Y77 ANC headphones work with android tv box?

As long as they have the Bluetooth function, they should all work, I even use this headset for my Hisense Android 60" TV with no problem at all.
 

Does the Y77 ANC Headphone equipped with microphone? Can I use this for calls?
