Please note: We do not accept returns for YeeTonda product not purchased from yeetonda.com.

If the buyer return the products within 7 days after receiving, YeeTonda will bear the return shipping cost.
If the buyer return the products exceed 7 days (less than 30 days), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 
30 Days Money Back Guarantee
YeeTonda provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible. 30-days money-back guarantee for any reason.
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in Yeetonda’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
Please note that returns may be rejected if product does not meet the below requirements:
• Returns must include all accessories
• Items must include original packaging
• Items must be not artificially damaged
• For non-quality related warranty claims, if buyer return within 7 days after receiving the products, YeeTonda will bear the return shipping cost. And the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs if exceed 7 days.
• For non-quality related warranty claims, YeeTonda refunds the cost of the product itself.
Missing Item(s), Wrong Item(s) or Incorrect Package Sent
During delivery, please make sure the package is in good condition and confirm the contents before signing the package.

1. Provide your order number and order information.
2. Please contact us with your order number and order information, and (if applicable) the item received.
Possible Solutions after the problem is confirmed by YeeTonda:
1. If there is an item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.
2. If we have shipped the wrong item, we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available).
3. YeeTonda will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and reimburse you for the return shipping fee when we receive it.
We do not accept an exchange if there are no quality problems.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
YeeTonda Product Return Process
Step1: The customer must contact or email our support team (Email: support@yeetonda.com) for a return authorization prior to sending any product back to YeeTonda.
Step2: If your approved return passes our inspection, You can send the item to the address obtained from our support team
Step3: Please send us a notification after you ship the item out and you need to provide a tracking number. Once we received the item you sent and check the item is in good condition, we will exchange or give you a refund. This will be issued in 2 days.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@yeetonda.com.
